I currently oversee the design of core systems like account creation, login, and payments - stuff used all across the platform.

I help build incentives to give our users reasons to stay with us, and also make business happy by working on optimising costs.

I have co-led the setup and implementation of the Halodoc Design System, where we established core interface building blocks and interactions.
The best part is that it doesn't just exist in Figma, but an ever-changing component library that is actively utilised by designers and engineers 🎉

I had also made ordering medicines easier for our patients, who placed a combined 200k+ transactions per month.

I designed for internal and consumer-facing products — including the entire mobile app and the admin app.

I found myself in a one-person team early on, so I picked up on a lot of ways to solve problems.
The team eventually grew, and I'm glad for it.

Copy is essential, and I've also worked on content strategy to help users adjust to a major redesign.
