Earlier, I simplified access to healthcare at Halodoc, Indonesia's largest digital healthcare platform.

I led the design of the Consultations and Diagnostics and Homecare systems, incorporating AI to enable better patient experience in a tightly regulated space.
2023 - 2025
I co-led the setup and implementation of the Halodoc Design System, where we established core interface building blocks and interactions.
It doesn't simply exist in Figma, but is an ever-changing component library and set of guidelines that is actively utilised by designers and engineers.

I oversaw the design of core systems like account creation, login, and payments - stuff used all across the platform.
I helped design incentives to give our users reasons to stay with us, and also make business happy by working on optimising costs.
2020 - 2022
I had also made ordering medicines easier for our patients, who placed a combined 200k+ transactions per month.
I've also helped clients make the most of their space in CoWrks, a co-working space provider.
2016 - 2020
I designed the main CoWrks app for our clients to be productive in their space, and the app that let admins set their companies up with us.
Copy is essential, and I've also worked on content strategy to help users adjust to a major redesign.
